The G-Free Diet is not specifically AIP, but THIS is where I started my journey many years ago before AIP, and a LOT of folks that eventually end up here on the AIP may or may not have already gone Gluten Free.
I’m sharing this book by Jessica Flanigan almost a little reluctantly (keep reading to find out why) but I think it’s worth the read if you’re stalled on AIP and are NOT finding healing.
While this is not an AIP-specific book, I found the information in general to be very helpful and I love how each of the 50 foods are discussed and related to how they can be used for various health concerns.
