The G-Free Diet is not specifically AIP, but THIS is where I started my journey many years ago before AIP, and a LOT of folks that eventually end up here on the AIP may or may not have already gone Gluten Free.
I’ve decided to share this here because I very much enjoyed the book, I think it holds value for folks that may not have ditched gluten and are struggling with it, and for folks that are AIP but think their loved ones or friends might benefit from at least going Gluten Free.
I loved reading Elisabeth’s story about her time on the reality show Survivor (oh my heck) and how that was the catalyst to her realizing she needed to ditch gluten!
