Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant (about 3-5 minutes)
  3. Add your protein and cook until browned
  4. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon, ground ginger, oregano, and sea salt. Mix well
  5. Pour in coconut milk and bone broth. Bring to a simmer
  6. Add chopped vegetables and cook for 15-20 minutes, until tender
  7. Stir in lemon/lime juice before serving
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional)
